7 Steps to Make ANYTHING Happen

When you get your head around how to use The Law of Attraction, you can make anything happen.

One of my first blogs centred around The Law of Attraction and how to manifest your dreams.

I wanted to refine it a little and add more depth after manifesting something big into my life in the last few days.

I took the time and made the effort to go about thinking through exactly what I wanted.
Then, I followed the method carefully and consciously in order to plant my seed of desire into the soil of the ever-expanding universe. The soil which is always fresh and filled with potential to grow the biggest and brightest flowers of reality in any given moment.

It’s important to be really clear with yourself about what it is you want if you want this to work.

 

STEP 1: Belief in the cosmic intelligence/ Openness to infinite possibility –

The most important part in making your wants become haves, you need to open to the belief that you can think anything into existence.

This is the hardest part as you need to get past the layers of habitual thinking and enculturation in your mind which makes something like this seem too good to be true.

How could I become a millionaire just by thinking I want to be a millionaire?

The most truly uplifting part about mindfulness is that you learn that reality can be a pretty massive plot twist you if you awaken to it.
Life. Doesn’t. Have to be. Against you.

You too can manifest your dreams and make anything happen.

There is physics in all this. Thought is pure energy, if you manipulate energy you get matter.
Energy is the alchemy of the universe, the secret to all of life.
If more people realised that our intangible thoughts lead to tangible reality, we would understand that we really do have the power to make anything happen and create the life we really dream of living. 

You use the Law of Attraction most days without even realising it…

Think about those days where you randomly think of someone or something and then a couple of days later or even in the very same day, it/they appear(s) as if by magic…

Sound familiar?
If not, I can think of a couple of my own examples off the top of my head:

  • On the tram in Bordeaux, randomly thought about tram conductors coming on ➡
    3 minutes later, conductors board (good thing I remembered my pass).
  • Not having time to buy a bikini when shopping ➡ randomly receiving the opportunity to have up to 8 bikinis for free from a friend who by chance had been sent a box full of them.

STEP 2: Be clear on what you desire & set intention

If you have more than one wish, (which I don’t doubt you do) list them all clearly in writing. Keep this list close to you & review it at least once a day (I read my intentions aloud when I wake up & just before going to sleep).

Then, surrender your desires to the womb of creation – this means you don’t obsess over wanting your desires to manifest but rather, move along with your day as normal and trust in the manifestation process to occur as it’s meant to.

STEP 3: Visioning your desires –

Following the Law of Pure Potentiality, spend some time each day sitting humbly in a quiet environment. Focus your attention and awareness on the power of the present moment. Meditate on your desire(s) and envisage how they would be in reality as if they were already happening right now in front of you.

I have a long list of things I want to create in the next 5 years, so find it more effective to focus on a couple at a time in order of how soon I want them to arise in my life.

Finally, practice non-judgement. Make the point of reminding yourself each day not to judge what you experience.

Acceptance paves the way to success!

 

STEP 4: The Law of Giving (& Receiving) –

The Law of Giving states that whatever you want to happen for yourself, give to others!
If you want money, spend money on others. If you want love, be loving to others. If you want a job, help and support others also looking for a job.

If you develop the habit of giving something to someone every time you meet, (even if it’s just a compliment) this keeps the universal wheel turning and magnetises positive circumstance into your life.

Like attracts like.

 

STEP 5: Remaining Aware and True to your Intention –

This is perhaps one of the most important steps, and also one of the hardest.
When you think about what it is you want initially and then imagine it in reality, no doubt you feel a rush of ecstasy at the image of living your dream?
You must treasure this feeling and maintain positive about its manifestation.

The oh so familiar critical voice in your head can very quickly flip your grip of awareness and have you unconsciously falling back into the belief of this dream being “too good to be true”.

The more you practice awareness, the easier it’ll become to stay true to your desire and develop the ability to turn the negative thought around the minute it enters your brain.

Our minds have evolved in a way that respond instinctively out of fear than positive reaction.
It takes time to shift your perspective, but always keep the faith because you as much as anyone in this world deserve what deeply excites your soul.

I’ll stress again here that meditation assists in strengthening the conscious mind.

 

STEP 6: Accept and Take Responsibility for your Life exactly as it is right now –

The Law of Acceptance states that in order to attract good circumstances into your life, you need to be completely at peace with your life as it is now.

Don’t blame anyone or anything for what you’re presently experiencing.

This is essentially the Law of Attraction because the type of thoughts you give out daily will be the type of situations you’ll experience in life as a consequence.

Like. a. Magnet.

Like. attracts. like.

 

STEP 7: Detach from the Outcome

When you get attached, you strain your desire from the infinite flexibility of universal energy into a rigid framework which upsets with the process of creation.

Building on step 6, when you accept life as it is now, you enter a thought process of not minding if your wish doesn’t materialise because you are content with life as it is.
However, be careful not to end up getting frustrated if nothing is quickly happening.
It might take a while for your intention to manifest. In which case, you must acknowledge that the time is not right for you right now. This is acceptance of the present.

You can’t obsess over the outcome as this creates a negative interference in the manifestation process.

The universe is working around the clock to bring precisely what we desire into our lives.

Through detached intention, we are idealistic about the future but never struggling against life as it is now.

The problem we all face is trusting in the uncertainty, becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable.

It’s because we haven’t yet seen our desire in front of us when fear creeps up and shakes you to your core.

Make friends with uncertainty and accept it willingly.

 


The Law of Attraction
is a difficult process to accomplish at first for a reason.
It is challenging you to rewire your brain and react oppositely to thoughts about the future.

When you willingly accept uncertainty, solutions will emerge out of the confusion.


You must accept the present as is
. Accept the present and intend the future.


The future is something you can always create through detached intention, but you should never struggle against the present.

Now you have the alchemy to live the life you dream of and make ANYTHING happen!
