Smoothie High: Ginger Peach & Berry Protein Bowl

The best buzz you’ll ever get from a breakfast!

This energising protein smoothie bowl is packed with fruity goodness & nutrient dense superfoods. 💪🍑

I’ve been using an incredible plant-based protein powder for the last few months which goes way beyond the call of duty of a protein shake…

It contains a powder blend of 5 superfood ingredients including yucca and spirulina powders. It’s packed with 13g of 4 different plant sourced proteins + a lower glycemic level than an apple!

I’m finding it easy to last the whole morning off one protein smoothie so I’m feeling like this whole food shake powder is a game changer!

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 peach
  • 2 handfuls frozen raspberries
  • 200ml coconut milk or almond milk (adjust quantity depending on thickness preference)
  • 2 tbsp ginger (fresh ideally but ground is ok!)
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein (I used a vanilla, multi-plant protein powder)

Toppings:

  • Chopped mango
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (source of protein)
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut


How to:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender & blend.
  2. Add more milk if mixture is too thick.
  3. Serve in a bowl and finish with toppings as desired. I used chopped mango, more desiccated coconut, coconut yoghurt & pumpkin seeds.
  4. Enjoy fresh or keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
