As Luna shines fully in the sign of the goat, I’m feeling these energies especially this week as Capricorn is the moon sign in my personal natal chart.

Capricorn is all about work ethic and enjoying it, determination and commitment. ♑️

We’ve had a lot of intensity in the cosmos this week following the Summer Solstice and Mercury retrograde ending (the classic sigh of relief). Now is the time make any changes in your life or to initiate something new – particularly if it’s of career or financial nature. As the father of the zodiac, Capricorn is inviting us to step into our masculine energy and get to the “doing” in our lives. With the Solstice filling us with energy, now is a great time to TAKE ACTION.

It’s time to set powerful intentions, plans and goals for the second half of the year and commit to your future self. You will be grateful for it!!

This Full Moon is here to help us breakdown outdated societal conventions and quite literally shine a light on new ways to explore your inner child and creativity in ways that cultivate more self-trust and persistence in getting what you want!

Stand in your power.

Believe in yourself.

You can make ANYTHING happen. 🤲

This week we also have two planets retrograding in Pisces, Neptune and Jupiter. Jupiter represents our success and destiny, encouraging us to push us beyond our limits to ensure our growth so we can fully step into our most desired lives. So this event ties in nicely with the hardworking energy of today’s Full Moon!

Pisces energy can fill us with a deep urge to explore within ourselves.
To connect more deeply with our soul, our spirituality, and our destiny in life.

Now this will no doubt be uncomfortable for most of us, I mean addressing our “own shit” and doing self-healing work isn’t exactly what most of us would call “fun”. But the beautiful thing about this transit is that although the ride may be bumpy, the destination is well worth the turbulence. 

Due to Capricorn’s masculine nature, you might experience the feeling that you should sacrifice your creativity or personal pleasures in order to do more of what’s “productive” or “sensible” in the major areas of your life.

Whatever you do that brings you joy is always a valuable use of your time!

The objective of this Full Moon is to invite us to reconnect with your heart and soul’s desires and release any guilt, shame or fear you might be experiencing as a result of feeling like you “should” be doing something else.

What are some new activities or endeavours you’ve thought about trying?

Are you ready to make the move and go for it?

We live in a world that urges us to maximise our productivity, and now in recent times, bring in additional streams of income in order to create more financial security. Take a step back every so often and re-evaluate what is truly important to you vs what society is pressuring you into..

Capricorn is serious. Make having fun and letting your hair down a weekly priority!

Reflect on how far you’ve come and pat yourself on the back for all the wonderful things you have already done and achieved in life so far!

This is a grounding Full Moon, coming at a time where there has been a lot of different energies bouncing around the cosmos. Capricorn helps us to re-centre, re-focus and re-structure our lives.
